Guide will tell what zombies drop and their stats. In this guide we will go through all of them and how to combat them. Most of the population has turned in to zombies by a virus. Navezgane Courty, Arizona has a lot of them. I'm looking forward to the AI overhaul TFP have planned for down the line. Zombies are the primary threat in 7 Days to Die. Not 100% on the windows, but they definitely go for doors. I had to keep thier spawning set to off and play with building until they fixed that. They also path towards doors, and seemingly windows now too. Now if you are hidden most of them aside from the one hung up just go around buildings. They fixed that, though the odd one still manages to get hung up and smash a block in it's way. They still get hung up on things and smash things, Prior to 8.6 though they would come in a hoard to your base and literaly chew right through it on contact whether they were sensing you hunting you or you were undetected. Always aim for the head Find a rundown house as soon as you can, and fix it up: make this your base. There are a total of 19 different types of zombies, ranging from the slow moving Crawler to the vile spewing Infected Police Officer. Many can be found in all areas of the maps, while others are contained in specific areas based on the elements. The second it hit 19:00 I look to the north and see a conga line of about 100 zombies marching through the gates xD I said 'Look you need to see this!' and he ran and jumped off into the horder. Craft a wooden bow and lots of arrows to kill zombies. In 7 Days To Die, not all zombies are created equally. Me and my friends were setting up base on the roof of a building in the desert. I may have smelt and stuff but I was nowhere near the house and I could see them breaking the windows from the outside. You say it's been fixed but they still seem to break things for no reason. In fact I stroll past a campsite or building and all I can hear are the smashing of windows and breaking of walls. ![]() Does anyone know how to achieve the same effect with version 20. I was going through the same settings and downgrade isn't there anymore. They go right around my base now, I could not play really for a few updates because of the behaviour you are describing, Been trucking along since 8.6 without an issue.ĭon't have ferral mode on, haven't been doing anything. I've seen an older post somewhere about changing some block settings to when they get 'downgraded' they upgrade instead. So refraim from spikes or damaging traps and they should shamble on by, providing you remain undetected. You could be attracting then in some way. ![]() I have started fresh from 8.6 and can effectivley crouch to hide and they will pass by.
